Red Howler Monkey – 3D printed resin figure, 75mm (1/24), ready to paint. Printed to order, ships within 7 days.

A red howler monkey hangs upside down, holding on to a branch with nothing but its tail. The prehensile tail, bare on its underside, works as a fifth limb. Howlers are famous for their loud roars, audible for several kilometres through the rainforest. The composition is striking – the vertical branch and the hanging body give the scene height on a small footprint.

Scale and format

The model is 1/24 scale, which corresponds to 75mm in hobby terms. The monkey hangs from a forked branch standing on a base – the whole model is a single scene.

Printing and preparation

We print the model on an 8K resin 3D printer in high quality, so even the finest details are preserved. The printed model is cleaned, cured and ready for priming and painting. Supports and their marks are removed.

Frequently asked questions

How big is the figure?
A howler measures 50–70 cm without the tail, and the tail is just as long. At 1/24 scale the hanging monkey is roughly 4–5 cm long.

Is the figure painted?
No. The figure comes unpainted in a single resin colour – the colours in the photos show how it can look once painted.

Does it need any preparation before painting?
The model is cleaned and cured after printing and the supports are removed. We recommend applying a primer before painting – paint adheres better and the details stand out.

When will you ship it?
If it is already printed, it ships right away. If not, we print it and ship it within 7 days of your order; with bank transfer, within 7 days of receiving your payment.
