Loyalty Program: 1 Point for Every Euro
In short: if you have a customer account with me, you earn 1 loyalty point for every whole euro you spend on products. 100 points = €1 off your next order. Just signing up gets you 10 points straight away.
There are no tiers, badges or gold status here. It is a simple thank-you for coming back – every order puts a little aside for the next one. Below is exactly how it works, with no small print.
1. The rules in one place

In practice, 1% of every product purchase goes towards your next one.
2. How to earn points
- Create an account. Either through the registration link in the login box in the right-hand panel, or right at checkout – leave the registration option ticked in the order form and your account is created together with the order. Signing up earns you 10 points.
- Order while logged in. Points are credited to your customer account. Orders placed without logging in do not collect points.
- Wait for shipping. Points are added once your order is completed, meaning I have confirmed and shipped it – not the moment you click the order button.
What points are calculated from
Points are based on the product total only. Shipping and payment fees do not count. Every whole euro counts and cents are rounded down.

When do you get your first euro off? 10 sign-up points + 90 points from orders = 100 points. So your first euro is ready after €90 worth of products, spread over as many orders as you like.
3. How to redeem points
- Log in and add products to your cart.
- In the first step of the cart, click the loyalty points button below your items.
- Enter how many points you want to use. The window shows you the available range straight away.
- Confirm – the discount is deducted from the order total.
The minimum is 100 points, i.e. €1. There is no maximum – if you have saved up 500 points, you can use them all at once as a €5 discount.
Where to see your balance
Once you are logged in, the box with your name in the right-hand panel shows your current loyalty points.
4. FAQ
Do I earn points if I order without an account?
No. Points are credited to a customer account, so orders placed without logging in do not collect them. The easiest way is to leave registration ticked right in the order form.
Do shipping and payment fees count?
No, only the product total.
Why can’t I see my points right after ordering?
They are added once the order is completed – when I confirm and ship it. Until the parcel leaves, the points will not be in your account yet.
Can I use fewer than 100 points?
No, the smallest amount you can redeem is 100 points (€1). Until you reach it, your points simply keep adding up.
Do I have to use all my points at once?
No. You can use any number from 100 upwards and the rest stays in your account.
