A chimpanzee stands upright on its hind legs, baring its teeth. In chimps this is not a smile in the human sense – bared teeth with drawn-back lips signal tension or submission. That expression gives the model real character. The face is large enough for you to paint the teeth, gums and wrinkles around the eyes.
The model is 1/24 scale, which corresponds to 75mm in hobby terms. The chimpanzee stands on its hind legs without a base.
Chimpanzees have black hair that turns brownish in light, and bare skin on the face, palms and soles:

How big is the figure?
An upright chimpanzee measures about 1.2–1.5 metres. At 1/24 scale the model is roughly 5–6 cm tall.
Is the figure painted?
No. The figure comes unpainted in a single resin colour – the colours in the photos show how it can look once painted.
Does it need any preparation before painting?
The model is cleaned and cured after printing and the supports are removed. We recommend applying a primer before painting – paint adheres better and the details stand out.
When will you ship it?
If it is already printed, it ships right away. If not, we print it and ship it within 7 days of your order; with bank transfer, within 7 days of receiving your payment.
