A jaguar leaps up on its hind legs to snatch a scarlet macaw just as it takes off. The whole scene rests on a single point – the jaguar’s hind paws – and the vertical composition with the bird at the top gives the model dramatic height. The colourful macaw is a rare chance on an animal miniature to work with saturated, clean colours.

Scale and format

The model is 1/24 scale, which corresponds to 75mm in hobby terms. The jaguar stands on a round base that is part of the model and keeps it stable.

Printing and preparation

We print the model on an 8K resin 3D printer in high quality, so even the finest details are preserved. The printed model is cleaned, cured and ready for priming and painting. Supports and their marks are removed.

Frequently asked questions

How big is the figure?
An upright jaguar with outstretched paws measures about 2 metres. At 1/24 scale the whole scene with the macaw is roughly 9–10 cm tall.

Is the figure painted?
No. The figure comes unpainted in a single resin colour – the colours in the photos show how it can look once painted.

Does it need any preparation before painting?
The model is cleaned and cured after printing and the supports are removed. We recommend applying a primer before painting – paint adheres better and the details stand out.

When will you ship it?
If it is already printed, it ships right away. If not, we print it and ship it within 7 days of your order; with bank transfer, within 7 days of receiving your payment.
