FAQ
Can I shade white cloth with a marker?
Yes, but run the tip along the folds only, never across the flat. A marker releases more paint than a brush, so on a white surface it would leave a visible band.
How do you use a Quick Marker?
Uncap it and paint straight from the brush tip. Light pressure releases the paint, so there is no palette and no thinning. Shake the marker before first use and press the tip onto scrap paper until it saturates.
Can I get the paint onto a palette?
Yes. Stroke the tip across a wet palette and work from there with a brush – useful when you want to mix the shade or pull it into a transition.
