How do I follow a narrow strap with a marker?
Turn the tip on its side and run it along the strap in one stroke. If paint spills over, wipe it with a damp brush while wet – contrast paint has not bitten yet at that point.
How do you use a Quick Marker?
Uncap it and paint straight from the brush tip. Light pressure releases the paint, so there is no palette and no thinning. Shake the marker before first use and press the tip onto scrap paper until it saturates.
Can I get the paint onto a palette?
Yes. Stroke the tip across a wet palette and work from there with a brush – useful when you want to mix the shade or pull it into a transition.
