Light Olive Green is a bright olive with a strong yellow core. It is the highlight step above the earthy greens, adding warmth without making them toxic. On camouflage patterns it forms the light fields that break up the shape.

How do I paint modern camouflage?
Put the lightest field down over the whole area first, then the mid tone and finally the darkest patches. Work from light to dark – the reverse order costs you three extra coats.
How does it differ from Frog Green?
Light Olive Green is lighter and brighter, Frog Green darker and more muted. Use Light Olive Green for highlights and Frog Green as the mid tone.
How do I thin this paint?
With water or an Ionic thinner. The formula is self-hydrating, so it stays workable on the palette far longer than ordinary acrylics – a drop is enough for brush work, and roughly 1 : 1 for airbrush.
Is the finish really matt?
Yes, it dries matt with no shiny patches. If the figure is going on the gaming table, seal it with a matt varnish at the end.
