The first volume in the How To Guides series from Mr Black Publications – and the 41st title in their Scale Model Handbook line. It was written and painted throughout by Christos Katselos and deals with a single subject: female figures and busts. Eleven chapters run from preparing and assembling a resin casting through flesh and eyes to finished models from 54 mm to 180 mm. Five subjects are covered in real depth – roughly eight pages each, with around 195 step photographs in the book. The rest is four further articles on finished models with descriptive text.
