Slime Yellow is an aggressive yellow already standing with one foot in green. It is the colour you pick when something should look chemical and dangerous – poison in a vial, slime, radiation, magical energy. Its saturation is so high that even a thin glaze shows.

How do I paint a convincing glowing poison?
Base with a dark green, put Slime Yellow in the centre and touch the core with Vanilla. Lighten the surroundings with a glaze of the same yellow – the light has to fall on nearby surfaces too, otherwise the effect fails.
Is it a yellow or a green?
Next to a clean yellow it looks green, next to a green it looks yellow. In a ladder, treat it as the lightest step of the green range.
How do I thin this paint?
With water or an Ionic thinner. The formula is self-hydrating, so it stays workable on the palette far longer than ordinary acrylics – a drop is enough for brush work, and roughly 1 : 1 for airbrush.
Is the finish really matt?
Yes, it dries matt with no shiny patches. If the figure is going on the gaming table, seal it with a matt varnish at the end.
