Clear kit parts almost always carry faint scratches, dull patches or mould marks – and on a finished model the canopy or vision block is the first thing the eye finds. Gauzy Agent floods those flaws: dip the part, lift it out and leave it a few minutes to dry. The product forms a perfectly smooth clear layer that reads as glass. The bottle is deliberately wide so a part goes in without being broken. Wipe excess from the edges so the layer stays even, and dry in a dust-free place – dust caught in the film cannot be removed.

What to pair it with
Finish the surrounding surfaces with matt varnish or ultra matt varnish. Before painting use a primer, and for masking clear parts there is masking tape.
Frequently asked questions
How long does a part take to dry?
Touch-dry in minutes, fully hard in several hours. While the film is soft, dust bakes into it permanently – dry the part covered, in a box or under a glass.
Will it clear deep scratches?
Shallow ones yes, deep ones no. The product does not replace sanding and polishing – if a scratch catches your fingernail, sand it out with fine paper first and dip afterwards.
Can it be used on acrylic glass or resin?
On clear polystyrene and acrylic kit parts, yes. With resin and unknown plastics, test on an offcut first – the surface can behave differently.
