The fastest and strongest cement AK offers. It bonds by capillary action: the parts are held together and the cement is brushed into the seam, where it draws itself in. Its very fast set makes it effective even where parts meet on almost no contact area – photo-etch on plastic, thin rods, small accessories. The price of that speed is less time to adjust, so the part has to sit right before the brush touches it. An ultra-thin maxoma-fibre brush allows precise dosing, and the square base stops the bottle tipping. 40 ml.

For larger areas and general assembly, Plastic Cement Standard Density is the better choice. Dried cyanoacrylate comes off with Eraser Cleaner, and parts are held while setting by the AK9127 metal clips.
Frequently asked questions
How is a capillary cement used?
Assemble and hold the parts in position first, then touch the seam with the brush. The cement draws itself in. Applying it to a part before assembly is a mistake – it evaporates before the parts meet.
Does it work on resin and metal?
No. It attacks only polystyrene and related kit plastics. Resin, metal and photo-etch on their own need cyanoacrylate or epoxy; photo-etch bonds with this cement only against a plastic substrate.
What is the difference between Quick and Extra Thin?
Set speed. Quick grabs almost instantly and holds hardest; Extra Thin gives more time to adjust. Small parts call for Quick, longer seams for Extra Thin.
