Gum Pink is a light warm pink with a candy character. It is a cheerful colour that works exactly where pink should be unambiguously pink – on anime characters, stylised figures and anywhere realism is not the point. As a highlight it closes the pink ladder nicely.

How does it differ from Light Coral?
Gum Pink is pinker and cooler, Light Coral more orange and warmer. Use Gum Pink for candy pink and Light Coral for natural flowers and skin.
Does it cover dark cloth?
Not well. Light pinks need a light base – put Pink down first and use Gum Pink as the highlight.
How do I thin this paint?
With water or an Ionic thinner. The formula is self-hydrating, so it stays workable on the palette far longer than ordinary acrylics – a drop is enough for brush work, and roughly 1 : 1 for airbrush.
Is the finish really matt?
Yes, it dries matt with no shiny patches. If the figure is going on the gaming table, seal it with a matt varnish at the end.
