What it is good for

What to combine it with
For a shallow-to-deep transition use Water Gel Transparent near the shore and move into this blue further out. Colder seas are handled by Water Gel Atlantic Blue. Add surf and foam with Water Foam, and build the beach from Terrains Beach Sand.

Can it be applied on a vertical surface?
Yes, it keeps its shape even on the side of a hull. That is how you pull water running down a ship's flank or a rock.
How do I make coral shallows?
Paint the base a light sand tone, add patches of turquoise and only then lay a thin coat of gel. A thicker layer will mute the colour underneath.
How do I clean my tools?
Water, as long as the gel is still wet. Rinse the spatula and the old brush right after use – cured acrylic gel will not come off.
Does it stick to resin and plastic?
Yes, it holds on resin, plastic, plaster and painted wood. The surface has to be clean and grease-free or the gel will lift at the edges.
