Tint Inc. is the magazine AK Interactive devoted entirely to figure painting. Eduardo Fernández is its editing director and the format is the same in every issue: a run of step-by-step articles by painters from around the world, with interviews and commentary from the scene alongside. Printing and binding are at collector level, so it is not a magazine you throw away once read. The third issue brings a European knight by Danilo Cartaci, a Roman signifer by Fabio Nas, the Battle of Falaise 1944 by Eduardo Fernández, an interview with Keigo Murakami, Draak'll by Erik Swinson, Red Lantern by Alejandro Prieto and Ira by David Arroba. 96 pages, English and Spanish.

What language is the magazine in?
Bilingual, English and Spanish – both languages sit side by side in the same copy. There is no Slovak or Czech edition.
Do I need the earlier issues?
No. Each issue stands alone and the articles do not continue across issues. It is worth collecting for the content, not for the order.
Are the articles usable by a beginner?
Partly. They assume you can hold a brush and mix paint, and do not explain the basics. As a source of technique and reference they work from the start.
