The complete Tabletop family – sizes 0, 1 and 2 in one pack, cheaper than buying the three brushes separately.

The set contains the whole Tabletop family: sizes 0, 1 and 2 of the soft white synthetic round brush. Between them they cover detail, general painting and base coating on a 28–32 mm figure, which makes this the single most complete starting point in the AK brush range.

Frequently asked questions

Is the set cheaper than the three brushes?
Yes – buying the three sizes separately costs more than the set.

Are these the same brushes as the individual ones?
Identical: AKB020, AKB021 and AKB022, packed together.

How do I clean an AK synthetic brush?
Rinse it in clean water – or the matching thinner for enamels and oils – before the paint sets, work brush soap into the bristles with your fingers, reshape the tip and let it dry point-up. Never leave a brush standing in a jar. The cleaners are in thinners and cleaners.

Synthetic or Kolinsky sable?
Synthetic fibre is springier, cheaper and completely indifferent to harsh thinners, so it is the right choice for varnish, enamels, oils, pigments and every abrasive technique. Sable holds more liquid and comes to a finer point – that is the da Vinci brushes range. Most painters end up owning both and using each for what it does best.

The complete range is in the AK Interactive brushes category.
