Enchanted Blue is a saturated royal blue – deep, clean and free of any violet cast. It is the blue for knightly cloaks, wizard robes and anything meant to look noble. It covers better than most saturated blues, so it suits large areas too.

How many coats over black primer?
Two thin ones. Over grey one solid coat is enough – it is among the better-covering saturated blues in the range.
How does it differ from Ultramarine Blue?
Enchanted Blue is brighter and cleaner, Ultramarine Blue carries slightly more violet in its core. Side by side the difference is small, but over a large area it shows.
How do I thin this paint?
With water or an Ionic thinner. The formula is self-hydrating, so it stays workable on the palette far longer than ordinary acrylics – a drop is enough for brush work, and roughly 1 : 1 for airbrush.
Is the finish really matt?
Yes, it dries matt with no shiny patches. If the figure is going on the gaming table, seal it with a matt varnish at the end.
