White Shadow is an almost-white with low intensity – the gentlest tool in the range. Over white primer it tints only the recesses and leaves the flats clean, so white stays white even after shading.

FAQ
When do I use White Shadow instead of Light Grey Shadow?
White Shadow when the white should stay almost untouched and you only want to suggest the folds. Light Grey Shadow when you need a stronger shadow – on a large cloak, for example, where the first would be too subtle.
Does Quick Gen need thinning?
No. It is formulated to go straight from the bottle. For a thinner film or a smoother transition use AK Quick Gen Medium 18 ml – water breaks the contrast effect and the paint starts pooling into stains.
Which primer should I use?
White gives the cleanest, most saturated result; bone or light grey mutes it. Quick Gen does not work over black – contrast paints need a light base so the difference between the raised area and the recess can show.
