Cloud Blue is a very pale aquamarine – almost white, but with a clear green-blue tone. It is the top point of the turquoise ladder, closing it without turning it white. On ethereal and ice effects it is irreplaceable.

How does it differ from Verdigris?
Cloud Blue is bluer, Verdigris greener. Use Cloud Blue for ice and water, Verdigris for patina.
Should I go to white after it?
Only on one point, and only on larger models. On an ordinary figure Cloud Blue is light enough to be the final step.
How do I thin this paint?
With water or an Ionic thinner. The formula is self-hydrating, so it stays workable on the palette far longer than ordinary acrylics – a drop is enough for brush work, and roughly 1 : 1 for airbrush.
Is the finish really matt?
Yes, it dries matt with no shiny patches. If the figure is going on the gaming table, seal it with a matt varnish at the end.
